Mannheim City Library invites you to its weekly language café in the Central Library. People from different cultural backgrounds - regardless of age and social background - are given the opportunity to use and deepen their knowledge of German in a relaxed atmosphere. During the "coffee rounds", topics of all kinds such as family, hobbies, celebrations and current affairs on the (German) language are discussed in an informal exchange.

Café Colibri stands for:

- Openness - anyone can participate
- Non-binding - Without registration and free of charge
- Informality - Free choice of topics
- Neutrality and tolerance - no political and ideological expression of opinion

Café Colibri takes place every Thursday from 5 p.m. in the journals section of the Central Library in Stadthaus N 1.
