Prior to that, he worked for many years in the transition from school to work.

He carried out the two media projects "Mannemer sein" and "migrostories".  He is currently leading the radicalisation prevention project "mittendrin" and is working on the European project "MEET". He also works as a documentary filmmaker with a lot of passion. The topic of migration/integration is particularly close to his heart. He is also responsible for the training in the project team.
