How to register online for the swimming pool
Since September and since it has been getting colder, the indoor swimming pools have opened again. But because of Corona you can't just go there and buy a ticket: you have to register online before. This has to be done so that never too many people are in the pool at the same time.
Today we will show you an example of how this online registration works:
First, you go to the website of your indoor pool. You can find the website in every search engine.
There you look for the information about the tickets. Often the tickets are also called "e-tickets".
If you have selected this symbol, you will often come to a page where you select the exact date and time you want to go to the pool.
Because of Corona, you are currently always buying a ticket for a certain period of time, for example from 12-4 pm. Then you have 4 hours in the swimming pool. Of course you can also go home earlier if you want to. But at the moment you often cannot buy tickets that are only valid for one or 2 hours.
There you can also choose if you want to buy a ticket for adults, children or reduced tickets.
When you have chosen all that, you have to register. That means you have to fill in your personal data: your name, your address and an e-mail address. If you don't have an e-mail address yet, we will explain in this article how to get one.
At the end you will also have to enter your bank details: your IBAN and your BIC. These numbers are on your bank card. The swimming pool needs these data so that you can pay the ticket directly online.
If you have entered everything correctly and paid at the end, you will receive a QR code. This QR code is your ticket. That's all you need. You can print out this code or take your cell phone into the pool and show it to them.
Everything is already paid for and you don't have to worry about anything else.
The swimming pool has your contact details with your registration. So if someone who was at the pool at the same time as you had Corona, you will get a message.
If you don't have a computer or online banking:
In some swimming pools it is possible to buy tickets at some times and pay directly in cash. At Bellamar in Schwetzingen, for example, this is possible on Mondays from 7-9 am.
You can call your swimming pool to find out if this service is also available at your place or how to get a ticket.
